Graduate Developer

We work with B2B clients on complex digital transformation projects, building systems that are robust, scalable, and genuinely impactful. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in writing quality code and delivering high-value solutions, and we’ll give you the support and structure to develop into a confident, capable developer.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the design and development of back-end systems using PHP
• Working with MySQL databases and learning to optimise data structures and performance
• Assisting in the development of APIs and learning how to ensure they’re scalable and meet client needs
• Collaborating with experienced developers across both back-end and front-end technologies
• Gaining hands-on experience across the full application lifecycle: coding, debugging, testing and beyond

What you’ll need

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• A solid understanding of programming principles, ideally with some experience in PHP
• Basic knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases
• A genuine interest in web technologies and back-end development
• Willingness to learn, adapt and ask questions
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Exposure to frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
• Familiarity with JavaScript or React
• Some understanding of version control systems like GIT
• Awareness of DevOps tools or cloud platforms like AWS
