We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Energy team in London as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the UK’s energy transition by helping clients deliver electricity safely, reliably, and efficiently across the country.

Your Role

You will work as part of a multi-disciplined, dedicated design group, supporting the electrical engineering elements of solutions and producing associated outline and detailed designs for successful project delivery. Typical project areas include:

  • Substation refurbishments and extensions
  • New-build substations
  • Other electrical infrastructure within transmission and distribution

About You

We value your potential over past experience. You have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a keen interest in the Energy sector. You are:

Work Pattern

To ensure you receive the right level of support and time with your team, graduates are asked to attend the office 4 days per week.
