We are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Newcastle. You will join a supportive and inclusive environment where you can develop your engineering skills and knowledge, gain professional accreditation, build leadership capabilities, and progress through a clear development path.

You will help make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of water and wastewater projects, including storm overflows, flood alleviation, catchment solutions, and nature-based solutions.

Your Role

Working alongside our MEICA team, you will support technical audits, risk evaluations, and electrical/ICA design. You will collaborate with other technical disciplines at feasibility, outline, and detailed stages to produce timely, cost-effective solutions.

About You

Please note: We ask our graduates to attend the office 4 days per week to ensure sufficient time with your team and to provide the appropriate level of support.
