The Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering projects across the marine, offshore, and energy sectors. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to design, analysis, and commissioning activities, with opportunities to travel to shipyards and client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Assist with project documentation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Participate in condition assessments, failure investigations, and technical reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within engineering projects.
- Engage with clients and suppliers to support project delivery.
About You
- Recently graduated (or due to graduate) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally at Master’s level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for short project assignments.
