This 2-year Rotational Programme
This programme is designed for graduates with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physical Sciences. You will rotate across key business areas, including:
- Tendering & Commercial: Learn how projects are costed and bid for
- Design & Engineering: Work on technical designs and specifications
- Construction & Project Delivery: Gain on-site experience managing installations
- Health & Safety: Understand compliance and risk management
You will receive structured training, mentorship, and support to develop technical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to tender preparation and commercial analysis
- Assist in engineering design and technical documentation
- Support project delivery teams on-site and in planning
- Apply Health & Safety standards in all activities
- Participate in professional development workshops and training
- Deliver a final project or presentation at the end of the programme
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (minimum 2:2) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physical Sciences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with the ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to rotate across departments and locations
