Position: Graduate Finance Analyst

Starting salary: £25,000

• Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in a relevant subject
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
• Ability to be on site 5 days a week
About the Role
As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting financial operations and decision-making across the business. You’ll work on a variety of projects that require strong analytical skills and a commitment to building a career in finance. This role offers hands-on experience with complex financial processes and data analysis.
What You’ll Do as a Finance Analyst
You’ll support financial operations and transformation activity through responsibilities such as:
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring in-year performance and analysing financial trends
• Financial Reporting: Producing clear, accurate and insightful financial reports for senior stakeholders
• Data Analysis: Interpreting financial data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas
• Controls & Governance: Supporting compliance, audit readiness and financial assurance activities
• Business Partnering: Working with operational teams to understand their financial needs and ensure strong financial decision making
• Project Support: Contributing to finance related workstreams within wider organisational change programmes
