Role Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant to join our team in Birmingham as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will contribute to delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet and society.

Using cutting-edge TUFLOW modelling technology and geographic information system (GIS) tools, we refine site‑specific flood zones and help manage and mitigate impacts further afield. Early engagement is key: we work with developers to tackle flood risk issues and explore the implications and costs of proposed mitigation measures, helping to ensure development is appropriate to the site and maximising the likelihood of approval.

In this role, you will help shape sites and contribute to the resilience of development to flooding and climate change—creating more attractive places to live and work.
