Overview
We are looking for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme based in Reading. Our market-leading Environmental Services (ES) group supports clients across environmental, geotechnical, and water disciplines.

Your Role
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions, working alongside industry experts to address complex environmental challenges. You will:
- Analyse and interpret geotechnical data to create comprehensive ground models.
- Design and implement foundation solutions, retaining walls, and slope stability measures.
- Utilise numerical analysis software to optimise designs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
About You
We value your potential over past experience. You will have or be working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, and you will be:

Working Pattern
Graduates are asked to attend the office four days per week to ensure sufficient time with your team and the appropriate level of support.
