Graduate – Graphic Design, Media & Marketing

Ready to use your creative firepower to help shape a workforce that changes lives? We’re looking for a bold, imaginative Multimedia Content Lead to supercharge our recruitment campaigns and bring our employer brand to life across every channel.

As a graduate, you will already have a minimum of 2:2 degree, or strong evidence if results are still awaited, in a subject matter relating to graphic design, media and marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Create standout digital content — video, photography, graphics, social media assets, web content — that grabs attention and inspires action.
  • Lead the way on fresh, original storytelling that showcases who we are and why people should join us.
  • Experiment with new platforms, formats and ideas to reach diverse audiences in smarter, more meaningful ways.
  • Craft compelling narratives and campaign messages that support our HR goals and strengthen our voice.
  • Capture key moments at corporate events through high-quality filming and photography.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital comms and share your insights to keep the service sharp and innovative.
