Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Hydraulic Engineer to be based in Reading, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
You will support the delivery of major frameworks locally and nationally, playing a key role in the hydraulic design and pipeline systems of water and wastewater treatment works. Using advanced techniques such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and surge analysis, you will process data, conduct calculations, and develop hydraulic models to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

About You
At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. Along with your bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering and a keen interest in the water industry, we’d love to receive your application if you are:

Working Arrangements
