Role Overview
We are seeking a Graduate Hydrologist to join our Bristol office on the 2026 graduate programme, as part of our market-leading Environmental Services group. This group supports clients across environmental, geotechnical, and water disciplines, working with industry and water companies throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
From day one, you will assist in delivering high-quality solutions to environmental problems in the water and minerals sectors. The role combines technical fieldwork and office-based analysis. You will learn to conceptualise and quantitatively describe hydrological systems and processes, and report on your findings.

About You
At Stantec, we value your potential over experience. You will have a bachelor's degree in Geology, Geography, Environmental Sciences, or another relevant subject, with a keen interest in hydrology.

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week to ensure colleagues can provide the appropriate level of support.
