Objective of role:

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our International Team, with a focus on supporting our work across Asia Pacific and the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the financial and related professional services (FRPS) industry, working at the intersection of business, policy and international engagement.

The role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile projects and initiatives, supporting senior colleagues as they deliver against our international strategy. You will work closely with the leads for Asia Pacific and the US, gaining valuable insights into how we engage with international stakeholders, governments, regulators and industry leaders.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the Asia Pacific and US leads, including preparing agendas, note-taking, and follow-up for meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefings for the Chairs of committees, the CEO and others, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Support the planning and coordination of inward and outward delegations, including logistics, stakeholder engagement, and briefing materials.
  • Contribute to the delivery of international events, meetings, and roundtables, ensuring professional and seamless execution.
  • Undertake desk research and produce written materials to support policy work, engagement strategies, and international initiatives.
  • Provide flexible support to the wider International Team, assisting with ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as required.

Person Specification

  • An interest in international affairs, financial and professional services, and global business environments.
  • Minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent in a related subject area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional materials.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
