Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and environmentally minded Graduate Intern to support our Sales, Ecology, Project management and Business Development teams.
This internship offers 12 months hands on experience across natural capital markets, ecological project development, sales and marketing activities, and strategic business growth.
It is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or undergraduate on a placement year looking to build a career and gain insight into sustainability, environmental consultancy, and business for good, while working in an exciting and rapidly growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
-
Support the Sales team maintaining CRM records, managing client relationships, preparing and delivering client quotes.

Contribute to identification and development of sales opportunities. Market research and competitor analysis.

Assist in developing business cases and commercial models for nature based solutions.
Marketing & Communications
-
Help create engaging content for digital channels, presentations, and client materials.

Support the coordination of events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Contribute to brand development and messaging around natural capital and ecological services.
Natural Capital & Ecology Support

Assist in researching and developing natural capital opportunities, including biodiversity net gain, carbon markets, habitat creation, and ecosystem services.

Support ecological assessments, data collation, and project documentation.

Work with ecology in a support role preparing materials for client proposals and project delivery
Cross Team Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery and client engagement.

Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and field visits where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, initiative, and a passion for the natural environment. We do not need previous experience in a related role. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

A degree (or working toward one) in Environmental Science, Ecology, Sustainability, Geography, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Great communication and organisational skills.

An interest in nature, biodiversity, and the environment.

Confidence working with data, research tasks, and written materials.

A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn across multiple disciplines in a young but rapidly growing company.
