Start Date:
April 2026
Salary:

At Namos, we help organisations modernise and run their core business systems in the cloud. We specialise in Oracle technologies and work at the centre of large scale ERP and HCM transformation programmes. Alongside our client work, we continuously invest in building our own internal products and tools to improve how modern cloud engineering teams operate. As our technology practice continues to grow, we're investing in early career talent.
What you’ll do
This is an exciting opportunity to join Namos Solutions as a Graduate Oracle Developer within our Technology Practice. You'll begin your career in a structured and supportive technical environment. You'll be supported by consultants and senior developers, contributing to real internal tools and product enhancements that support our wider technology practice.
You'll gain practical experience in designing, developing and testing solutions, while learning how enterprise systems are built, maintained and improved. You’ll play a key role in improving how our business operates - from enhancing our internal products, such as our Data Migration tool to help consultants deliver more efficiently, to researching and building AI-driven solutions that streamline and elevate their integrations work.
While this is a technical role, communication and collaboration are equally important. You'll work closely with senior consultants and developers, participating in mentoring sessions and pair programming, and presenting your progress through regular demo sessions. The ability to explain your thinking clearly and work effectively within a team is essential.
Technology is central to how modern organisations operate, and this role provides the opportunity to build strong foundations in cloud infrastructure, database development and emerging development practices. You'll complete structured Oracle Cloud training and work towards industry recognised certification, applying what you learn directly to live internal projects.
Your development journey
This role includes a structured learning programme designed to build practical, enterprise level skills. You'll complete the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations learning path, covering core cloud services and hands-on labs. The aim is to achieve OCI Foundations Associate certification as part of your first year.
Training is integrated with real project work. Initially, around 20 to 30 percent of your time will focus on structured learning. As your confidence grows, this reduces as you move into full delivery. You’ll benefit from weekly one-to-one mentoring, regular pair programming with senior consultants, monthly demo sessions to showcase your work, and clear outcome-based progression milestones.
You’ll be based in our London office 3 days a week. You’ll report to senior leaders including the Principal Consultant and Practice Director, both of whom are invested in developing new talent and building long-term capability within the team.
