KBR is designing and constructing exciting projects at the forefront of the energy transition and traditional energy markets. We work on some of the biggest and most complex energy industry projects around the world and our teams are some of the best and brightest in the industry.

The Role:

We are seeking passionate and innovative Graduate Chemical Engineers to join our dynamic Process Engineering team. As a Process Engineering Graduate, you would join our 100 solid process engineering team based in Leatherhead, Surrey. You would be working on energy security and energy transition projects which could cover a wide range of facilities including plastics recycling, LNG, Ammonia, Hydrogen production, Refineries and oil / gas processing plants. You would be joining a large process team which includes graduates through to principal engineers and technical subject matter experts (SMEs).

What skills will you learn?

  • You will be based at our office in Leatherhead, Surrey and become part of our process engineering team, this will involve working on and contributing to different projects in various stages.
  • You will support the process design through all the project stages, from studies and concept definition all the way through to detailed design, construction and commissioning.
  • Different rotations will allow you to develop your skills and provide you with a wide range experience and could provide you with the opportunity to work abroad at one of our other offices in locations like Baku and Chennai.
  • Site based rotations available to further enhance knowledge, skills and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative engineering solutions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in the UK at the start of employment
