Overview

With every community, Stantec redefines what is possible. We are seeking a Graduate Process Engineer based in Redditch to join our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team working on high-profile projects across the UK, developing your technical skills alongside senior engineers and gaining invaluable exposure to the water industry.

Your Role

In this role, you will contribute to projects spanning wastewater treatment, water recycling, and clean water solutions, with a strong focus on nature-based solutions. You will:

  • Contribute to the design and development of innovative engineering solutions.
  • Analyse and interpret data to inform project decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work across the full project lifecycle, from optioneering through detailed design and implementation.
  • Gain exposure to site visits and investigations to broaden your practical understanding.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • A keen interest in the water industry.

Working Arrangements

To ensure appropriate support and development, graduates are asked to attend the office 4 days per week.
