Graduate Programme Overview

We are looking for new talent to join our Graduate Programme, starting in September 2026. This two-year rotational programme offers real work, expert mentorship, and the chance to explore different areas of our business. Your Career

As part of MHR’s Graduate Programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Product, Software Development, and Professional Services. Through structured placements and strategic project work, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how a successful technology business operates while building core professional competencies.

Your Team

Throughout each rotation, you’ll be supported by experienced managers and collaborate with a variety of internal teams. You’ll also liaise with customers to better understand their needs—potentially including site visits—and contribute meaningfully to live projects.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll coordinate MHR’s sustainability initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and partner charities to drive impactful campaigns and events.

Your Impact

Your fresh perspective and proactive attitude will bring value to every team you join. Whether you’re contributing ideas to research, supporting a strategic business task, or managing sustainability projects, your work will shape real outcomes across the organisation. By developing your communication, teamwork, relationship-building, and time management skills, you’ll be well-prepared to make a lasting impact and carve out a future career path at MHR.
