About the Development & Regeneration Team
Our Development & Regeneration team is delivering a range of exciting housing regeneration projects, from major estate redevelopments like South Acton, Beam Park and Excalibur, to new in-house opportunities. As a graduate trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the development process, building skills in financial modelling, planning, construction project management, stakeholder engagement and property handovers. You will help create places where communities can thrive—bringing together homes, schools, parks and public spaces to support long-term, inclusive growth.
Training Outcomes
- Achieve the competencies required to sit for APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) and attain MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status, or pursue APM or CIOB accreditation
- Develop a strong understanding of the regeneration and development sector
- Contribute effectively to team projects and objectives
- Enhance the organisation’s reputation through professional excellence and continuous development
Role Overview
Based in London, you will train as a Project Manager within a busy Development & Regeneration setting. Working closely with internal and external professionals across the sector, you will develop technical expertise and gain valuable experience in project management.
You will take on meaningful responsibility from day one, supported by a project manager and line manager who will guide your development. Strong organisational skills are essential, alongside excellent communication and a commitment to first-class customer service. We are looking for resilience, drive, enthusiasm and a passion for helping people.

Qualifications
- A degree in a real estate discipline or similar is desirable. However, a passion for regeneration is more important, and any Bachelor’s degree will be considered.
- GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Graduate Programme Details
This opportunity provides structured experience and professional development, supporting you to work towards APC and MRICS, or the APM or CIOB route, depending on your background and interests.
