You'll help deliver complex, high-impact control and protection systems for the UK’s critical energy infrastructure.

As a Graduate Project Manager with our service department, you’ll be part of a dynamic service team responsible for planning and delivering substation control and protection projects from start to finish—including engineering processes, system production, testing, and on-site installation.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of substation control and protection projects within service from concept to completion.
  • Managing engineering processes, system production, testing, and on-site installation.
  • Learning to lead complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Developing expertise in both technical systems and project management methodologies.
  • Promote effective communication within our Grid Automation business

Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in project management and a desire to lead.
  • Knowledge of power systems, networking, virtualization, or cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Curiosity about digitalisation and AI applications in energy systems.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for learning.
  • Knowledge of the principles of networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity would be an advantage
  • Active interest and willingness to explore digitalisation and AI applications in mature market applications.
