Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Chassis Quality Assurance Department. Based at our state-of-the-art campus in Milton Keynes, you will be immersed in the heart of our manufacturing facility, home to some of the industry’s most impressive systems and technology that underpin the manufacture and assembly of critical chassis components.
As a post graduate apprentice, you will work in a supported and structured learning environment to achieve a Level 7 Post Graduate Engineering Diploma. You will gain practical experience to ensure components meet the correct quality and specification during manufacture and that specified processes and procedures are adhered to.
Role Responsibilities
- Work as part of a cohesive, harmonious team and demonstrate One Team behaviours.
- Develop the skills to be fully capable of carrying out all inspection processes used at Red Bull Technology Ltd (RBT), attaining all relevant approvals.
- Gain the experience and knowledge to complete part-to-CAD inspection using appropriate measuring devices for both hard probing and laser scanning methods; analyse results and accurately report root-cause dimensional issues.
- Complete inspection reports, manage communication of issues within the NCR system, and liaise with designers to establish the fit-for-purpose of components.
- Establish strong relationships and clear communication with peers and other departments.
- Work with all areas of Quality Assurance to provide feedback and improve their capabilities.
- Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes to better influence inspection strategies.
- Support the company’s continuous improvement policy by assisting with writing and updating procedures to reflect best practice.
- Assist other supply chain areas with ad-hoc requests and process best practices.
- Assist the department in investigating current and future trends in all aspects of dimensional inspection.
- Support during periods of increased workload such as event turnaround and car build and achieve a level of competence to represent the department trackside.
- Complete the Level 7 Post Graduate Apprenticeship programme, ensuring all off-the-job training and associated assignments are completed.

Qualifications and Eligibility
- Completed an engineering degree.
- Ability to attend our Assessment Centre on 15–16 September 2025.
- 18 years of age or over.
- Resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Ability to travel to the University of Portsmouth once a month over the course of 3 years.
