What You Will Do

Candidate Management

  • Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for mandates in line with client requirements through a mix of the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising, and referrals.
  • Headhunt and build relationships with passive candidates.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to post-placement and beyond.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and follow-up meetings (face to face and virtual) to assess and critique candidates against mandate requirements and for future needs.
  • Brief candidates on job opportunities and secure their commitment.
  • Seek exclusivity with registered candidates.
  • Guide and influence candidates to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Provide consultative advice and market intelligence to candidates.
  • Send speculative CVs to relevant clients.
  • Use sales skills and market/company/role information to generate candidate interest and address concerns.
  • Manage relevant hotlists and candidate trackers.

Client Management

  • Market-map clients and gather relevant information.
  • Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searches.
  • Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers, and competitors, and create client packs to be utilised for client pitches and during the search process.

Working Arrangements

Hybrid model: four days per week in the Piccadilly office, with Fridays working from home.
