No prior experience in recruitment or healthcare is required, simply excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer and solutions focus, drive and willingness to learn, grow and success. Typically, students with a BSc or BA Hons Degree are best suited to excel in the role.

You will thrive working in an exciting, fast-paced sales environment. Utilising tenacity and astute decision making and you will identify and engage the best healthcare professionals, asses their skills, experience, work preferences, and successfully match with temporary job opportunities at NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals across the UK and beyond.

We are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence, drive and a willingness to learn and grow. You will be well rewarded and typical on target earnings: Year 1 OTE £22,500 - £35,000, Year 2 OTE £35,000 - £65,000, Year 3 OTE Year 3 - £75,000 +
