The Role

• With training delivered by our Directors, you'll be taught your specialism and it's geography. You'll be given targets to earn your rewards.
• You will be required to call candidates & clients with the aims of finding the perfect match.
• You’ll be expected to headhunt, generate leads and build key relationships with candidates and clients.
• You will receive weekly and monthly targets, as well as clear promotion criteria – you just need to bring the energy and the drive to succeed.
