Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Physiotherapy

No prior experience in recruitment or physiotherapy required. Simply confidence, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and solutions focus, all essential to initiate and support successful customer relationships.

On a daily basis you will engage with physiotherapy or occupational therapy professionals and match candidates to jobs at NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals across the UK and beyond. Working in a fast-paced sales environment you will be part of an established team of tenacious, friendly, hard-working and successful recruitment consultants who will fully support and guide you in your journey.

Students with a BSc or BA Hons Degree are best suited to the role and those with an interest in developing or building physiotherapy or occupational therapy related insights.

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support and development, full investment in your career progression and be well rewarded. Typical On Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1 £22,500 - £35,000, Year 2 £35,000 - £65,000, Year 3 £75,000 +

Basic salary: £22,500 - £25,000
