Compensation

Base salary: £30,000; realistic OTE: £61,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
• Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending the right Mintel solutions.
• Leverage cutting-edge tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vidyard, and more.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Product teams.
• Accelerate your development by learning from experienced mentors and building your sales toolkit.

• Fluent German and English speaker with a passion for sales.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional ready to step into a commercial role.
• Confident communicator across phone, video (e.g., Zoom), and in-person meetings.
