Your Career Journey

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll embark on a structured training programme designed to equip you with the skills to sell recruitment and talent consulting services to business leaders in the engineering and technical sectors. You will:

  • Learn how to identify and engage decision-makers, building trusted relationships with clients
  • Develop expertise in selling recruitment and talent consulting solutions
  • Support client accounts and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Gain hands-on experience with advanced recruitment technology and automation tools
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Once you have mastered the art of selling our services, you’ll transition into an Executive Recruiter role, where you will:

  • Source and assess top sales and leadership talent for mid to senior-level positions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate search to placement
  • Deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence to engage with senior professionals and decision-makers

What We Offer

  • Competitive starting salary (£24,000–£26,000) plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£50,000+ in your first year).
  • Year two-three earnings circa £40,000 to £70,000.
