Graduate Scheme – Finance, Insight & Commercial Analysis

About the role

Are you passionate about data, insight, and turning numbers into meaningful business decisions? Our Finance & Commercial Analysis Graduate Scheme is designed to develop analytical talent into future leaders who drive performance through insight and strategic thinking.

This rotational graduate scheme gives you exposure to key analytical and finance-focused areas of the business:

• Commercial Analyst - Build a strong foundation in commercial performance analysis. You’ll work with data to evaluate trends, support trading decisions, and provide insight that drives business growth and profitability.

• Foodservice / Retail Analyst - Gain hands-on experience supporting either our Foodservice or Retail teams. You’ll analyse customer behaviour, track performance, and help shape strategies that improve sales and customer satisfaction across channels.

You will be responsible for

• Analysing data to uncover trends and performance opportunities

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Working with stakeholders to translate insight into action

• Building dashboards and reports to inform decision-making

• Taking increasing ownership as you progress through the programme
