The Role
Dive into a dynamic, client-centric role where you bridge leading investment firms with top professionals across Europe and North America. Our Academy programme and Career Growth Framework are designed to transform you into an industry expert. With uncapped commission, strong performers often reach earnings of £100k within 2–3 years, and some of our top performers exceed £300k.

- Apply lateral and innovative thinking; conduct deep company research to identify the best talent in the market.
- Combine research with personalized content and modern marketing strategies to spark conversations and convene the right people.
- Build and nurture enduring professional relationships over time.
Candidate Engagement
Interact in person, over calls, and via video to assess candidates’ aptitude, experience, and fit against client expectations.

Minimum Benchmarks (Requirements)
- Exceptional command of the English language.
- Impressive academic track record (2:1 or higher), ideally in Languages, Creative Writing, Journalism, or similar.
- Some professional experience.
- Evidence of leadership and/or standout extracurricular achievements.
- Availability to start a full-time, London-based role from 2 September 2025.

- Competitive starting salary of £26,000 per year; promotion based on development and output. Post-promotion base salary of £33,000.
- Uncapped commission; after ~1 year of strong performance, £100k total compensation is common, with top earners surpassing £300k.

Interview Process
- Online Interview: Introductory conversation about you and us (30 minutes).
- Off-Site Case Study: Experience a part of the role and showcase your approach (2 hours).
- Case Study Debrief Call: Discuss your thinking and meet more of the team (60 minutes).
- Final On-Site Interview & Presentation: Meet additional team members, go deeper, and ask questions (2 hours).
How We Work
- We are growing our team but do not currently sponsor visas.
- Core hours are 08:30–18:00; success may involve collaborating outside conventional hours to serve international clients.
- We prioritize in-person collaboration; we encourage being in the office 4–5 days a week. After probation, there is flexibility for occasional remote work for travel or personal needs.
