About the role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll be deployed into a highly respected, UK‑based financial organisation that plays a central role in supporting economic growth. You’ll contribute to technology that underpins critical national services, working within modern engineering teams who deliver secure, reliable, high‑quality software solutions.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands‑on experience across the full development lifecycle. Expect to design and build digital tools, write clean and efficient code, and contribute to continuous improvement across agile teams. You’ll also explore new technologies, strengthen your engineering foundations, and gain exposure to systems and projects that operate at national scale.

This is an ideal role for a curious problem‑solver who wants to build high technical capability while contributing to meaningful, impactful work.
