We’re looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our progressive, award-winning Civil and Structural Engineering team in London as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. You’ll collaborate in an exciting, creative, interdisciplinary environment with strong support from office and technical colleagues, and guidance from senior staff within our open, inclusive culture.

Your Role
- Contribute to projects at concept and scheme design stages, including modelling, detailed design, specification, and drawing.
- Prepare reports, providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams.
- Undertake STEM engagement activities.
- Liaise with internal and external team members, developing relationships and people skills.
- Manage your own workload to meet project deadlines.
- Engage with the wider Civil & Structural division, the Technical Leadership Team, and the Carbon Task Force to exchange best practice, support processes, and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
- Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions.
- Attend and contribute to project team meetings.
- Attend site to undertake inspections and walkovers.
- Develop commercial awareness by assisting with the preparation of proposals and tenders for new work.
About You

Work Arrangements
Graduates are asked to attend the office a minimum of 4 days per week to ensure appropriate support and development.
