Graduate Talent Executive

£30,000 basic + commission (monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses)

The Role

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of sales positions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships
• Guide candidates through the interview process with support and preparation
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Support the delivery of our Discovery Day assessment process
• Work closely with our MD and Talent Director
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
