ERS Education is partnering with a long-standing, diverse primary school in the Borough of Brent to appoint compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistants. In this role, you will provide general classroom support, assist with class management, and deliver tailored interventions and programmes to help pupils thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support for pupils across Year 3, working closely with the class teacher and inclusion team.
• Work with small groups of children to deliver targeted interventions.
• Assist with classroom management and the smooth running of daily lessons.
• Use creativity and compassion to plan and facilitate engaging learning activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children (school-based or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for education and helping children flourish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and creativity to design fun, exciting activities.
• Interest in pursuing a career in primary teaching or gaining primary school experience.

Contract Details

• Position: Year 3 Teaching Assistant (General classroom support)
• Start date: September 2025
• Pay: £100–£110 per day (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, term-time only (full academic year; no weekends)
