The Opportunity

BearingPoint is expanding its footprint in the Microsoft ecosystem, and we’re looking for a bright, motivated Graduate Technical Analyst to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and deliver Microsoft-based solutions.
• Support the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and developers on real-world projects.
• Participate in workshops, training, and certifications to build your technical and consulting skills.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape the future of our Microsoft practice.

Skills Required

• A recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, or a related field.
• A passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Ideally, experience in a business environment (e.g., professional internship or a placement within industry or consulting).
• Structured and logical thinker with a highly numerate and inquisitive mindset.
• Creative, confident listener, and strong communicator with an open perspective.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools or platforms is a plus but not required.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
