As our world continues to evolve, so do we. Having a responsive and bold technology strategy is key to remaining relevant with our clients. But we don’t just invest in the latest technologies, we help to create them with our unique ecosystem of technologists, working together to solve complex business problems in ways that benefit clients and society. It’s work with purpose and it drives us to innovate. We’re at the forefront of change, driving technology and skills and investing in our people and our purpose.

Technology-powered consulting

We help our clients minimise disruption and maximise impact with human-led, tech-powered transformation. PwC is rated among the top technology consultants by leading analysts because we know how to help our clients extract and create real business value. You’ll help our clients to undertake large scale, cloud-enabled technology delivery, implementation and transformation programmes, working across a variety of industry sectors with client opportunities across the UK.

Working side-by-side with our functional and industry experts, our technologists strive for imaginative ways of solving our clients' most important challenges. They provide expertise across: technology strategy, architecture and delivery; in specific specialisms such as data, intelligent sourcing and cloud; and in best-in-class market technologies - both cloud hyperscalers such as Microsoft, Google and AWS; and enterprise applications including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Guidewire and Workday.

Programme

Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.

What you’ll do

You’ll typically find yourself working as part of a team of anything from two to thirty people. Our client projects are resourced nationally and internationally, so travelling and living away from home may be required. When you're not on a project you'll be based out of your local office.

In year one you’ll gain core technology skills across all areas of our business, gaining practical experience on transformation projects across finance, customer, operations, supply chain, risk and compliance, cloud and enterprise transformation. Throughout the programme you’ll have the opportunity to gain relevant certifications to help you build your skills in key technologies.

In year two you’ll have the opportunity to more closely align to one of our tech-powered transformation areas. You may choose to focus on one of our major vendor areas such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft, or on a core tech capability such as data, architecture, tech strategy or tech delivery. Throughout you'll continue to have the opportunity to work on key strategic projects and gain certifications in your area of specialism.

By working alongside industry and functional experts in our tech-powered transformation teams, you will gain experience of technology in a business context.

What you’ll gain

PwC’s Technology Graduate programme is an accelerated pathway into learning technical skills, and experiencing first hand, how some of the world’s biggest and most dynamic brands use technology to run their business. You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills that will place you at the heart of helping our clients innovate and take advantage of technology to enable their business to be truly digital.

After your initial graduate induction you’ll attend further training courses where you’ll gain certifications in key technologies and capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to put into practice your training on client projects with the mentorship and support from experienced technology consultants who you’ll work alongside.

As you progress through the two year programme, you’ll have the opportunity to undertake more advanced certifications in your chosen area, and will focus on developing your core and technical consulting skills . You'll be supported and encouraged to take ownership of your personal development and learning through feedback from different projects and roles. We’ll support you to track your development and we’ll assess your progress to move on to the next grade, at which point you’ll have the opportunity to join one of our specialist teams and continue to develop your capabilities

What you’ll need

You'll need to have, or be on course to pass, an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

A degree background in a STEM related subject is desirable but not mandatory. If you can demonstrate a strong interest or previous learning in Technology we will also consider your application.

When to apply

Once you have submitted your application you'll have seven days to complete the online test, this is the first stage of our recruitment process.

Applications for this role may close early should we receive a high volume of interest so we recommend prompt application to avoid disappointment.
