Graduate Test Systems Engineer

Salary: Our starting salary is £34,000, plus a £2,000 welcome payment along with an optional 20% salary advance. Plus a flexible package of benefits to suit your lifestyle.

What you’ll be doing

You will work across all aspects of product development engineering, from requirements, through to design and implementation to test and release. You will be working on active projects, developing application software used to test and simulate various avionic systems. Test Systems provides equipment used to develop and test components such as Head-Up Displays, mission and flight control computers, and flight controls.

What is the application process?

The stages of our application process include: a short online application. If you’re successful, you will then complete an online assessment with interactive activities, and an on-demand video interview. The next stage is competency-based interview, either virtual or face-to-face.
