Graduate Trainee Environmental Health Officer: HC06 - £32,596.20 - £36,145.20 p.a.
Environmental Health Officer: HC10 – £51,506 - £56,329 p.a.
We are pleased to open this post to graduates who are looking to train as an Environmental Health Officer. To be considered for the role of Graduate Trainee Environmental Health Officer, you must be eligible to enrol on the REHIS accredited MSc in Environmental Health at Abertay University or be eligible for the alternative EHO pathway as set out by REHIS. Full details of the requirements and training are provided in section 4 below.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the full range of operational duties in relation to Environmental Health. In addition, there may be a requirement to undertake the role of a specialist officer.
Provide supervision, guidance and training to Technical Officers and Student Environmental Health Officers.
