The Management Trainee Programme recruits and develops high-potential individuals as future leaders of the Club – young talent who will carry forward the Club’s purpose of working continuously for the betterment of our society.

During our accelerated three-year development programme, you will:

• Formulate a personal development plan tailor-made to match your development needs and enables you to fulfill your career aspiration
• Rotate within and across the business and corporate functions
• Participate in some of the Club’s community projects
• Work with senior managers and colleagues on stretch projects contributing to the Club’s business development and its broader impact in society
• Follow a competency-based training and learning curriculum with best-in-class training, experiential activities, learning forums, digital learning tracks and action learning projects

About The Hong Kong Jockey Club

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society.

The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the Government in combatting illegal gambling. In 2023/24, the Club returned a total of HK$40.1 billion to the community.
