HR Coordinator - Industry Placement Opportunity

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is offering an opportunity for an HR Coordinator within our busy HR Department. This role is designed for individuals undertaking a placement year as part of a relevant course of study. We welcome applications from all eligible students, regardless of age, who are seeking to gain practical experience as part of their academic programme.
Role Details
The role will begin on a part-time basis at 20 hours per week until May/June, when the hours will increase to full-time at 37 hours per week for the remainder of the placement, which runs until February 2027.
The salary for this role is Scale G17 £24,983 per annum (£13,504 pro rata for 20 hours per week).
Industry Placement: HR Coordinator

We are seeking someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident in taking the initiative while also being a supportive team player. You will communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and be adaptable in travelling between our BCA and Langley campuses as required.
