HR & Employee Lifecycle Graduate Programme
Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.
Are you ready to launch your People & HR career with a role that gives you the complete picture? Joining our people-centric team as an HR & Employee Lifecycle Graduate means you won't just learn one narrow area of HR, you’ll gain hands-on, end-to-end experience across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & HR services. Start your career with real responsibility! This role offers real project ownership, direct collaboration with experienced leaders, and the chance to actively shape how our employees experience working here.
Building your future from the ground up you'll spend your first year rotating across either the Employee Lifecycle or HR Services areas. This will give you broad exposure to the people function and a strong understanding of how we attract, develop, and engage our colleagues. In your second year, you'll specialise in one of these areas, deepening your expertise while continuing to build your leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 07/12/2026. We look forward to receiving your application.
