Do you want to intern at a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?

Then apply for an internship in Human Resources (HR) at P&G!

Forget what you think you know about working in HR; this is not business as usual. HR is the champion of P&G's 95,000+ employees and means being a strategic partner to the business right from the start. This could be helping to lead the organisation through change, shaping the future of work, or building best in class employee engagement. We're more than just benefits and payroll (but you'll find that out too), you’ll be at the heart of helping some of the world's greatest professional talent - including yourself!

What To Expect:

During your 10 week summer internship, you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in HR with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

You will be working on live business HR projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous HR internship projects have covered all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Equality & Inclusion. Previous interns have helped shape our recruitment strategy, implemented new benefit programmes, developed training programmes, and so much more!

We have HR internship opportunities across multiple UK site locations!

What You Will Gain:

  • Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
  • Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: This is a paid internship and the monthly salary for this role is £2,333. On top of this you’ll enjoy lots of benefits like the option to enrol in our pension scheme, discounted P&G products, and adaptable working arrangements. • Full-time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.

What We Look For:

  • University students expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026, as well as those already graduated
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviours including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high levels of emotional intelligence
  • Great verbal and written English language skills.

Right to work: For our internship roles, you will need to have permission to work in the UK by the start of your employment.
