With women currently underrepresented in financial services at senior levels, we are committed to improving our gender balance. At NatWest, 43% of our senior roles are filled by women, which is above the industry average, but we want to be better and our insight experience for women is just one of the ways we nurture early talent.

With multiple experiences taking place in London and Edinburgh in August, you’ll get the chance to immerse yourself in the world of finance and find out what it’s really like to work at NatWest Group.

The experience is all about helping you build a healthy career that lasts a professional lifetime. It could also lead to a summer internship at NatWest Group in 2026.

Applicants must be in the first year of a three-year degree, or second year of a four-year degree programme.
