Introduction to the Programme
At LIPTON Teas and Infusions, we are committed to driving the entire tea industry upwards, creating value for all stakeholders - farmers, consumers, retailers, employees, partners, shareholders, and the planet. Our International Graduate Management Development Programme offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers with the world's largest tea business. This 18-month programme comprises three assignments, each lasting six months, including an international assignment. Participants will have the opportunity to develop commercial skills across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
Programme Highlights
- Three Assignments: Participants will undertake three assignments, each six months long, with one of these assignments being international, offering exposure to different markets and cultures.
- Development Workshops: The programme includes development workshops based on a defined methodology to enhance self-awareness and provide practical learnings applicable within the assignments.
- Feedback is provided at the end of each assignment, and much like any other employee you will have regular check-ins with your supervisor throughout
- Mentorship: Each participant will receive mentorship from one of our global executives from the Lipton Leadership Team, providing guidance and support throughout the programme.
- Genuine Responsibilities: Participants will be entrusted with real responsibilities, becoming integral parts of our teams and contributing to our business's success.
Requirements
- Commercial Work Experience: Some significant and relevant commercial experience in a retail or FMCG environment through internships, work experience, or employment.
- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree (or equivalent) from a recognised university is required, ideally complemented by a Master's degree.
- Personal Qualities: We seek individuals with a curious mind, emotional intelligence, ambition, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a pre-requisite for this programme.

How to apply and our selection process
- Application submitted through our company recruitment system - Add your CV and cover letter to our system and answer the key questions to determine eligibility for the programme. The application period will close on 30th April.
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to take an online assessment.
- Online interviews with our recruiting team.
- In person assessment at our offices, presence will be required for this.
Throughout your application journey our recruitment team will provide further information at the right time and help where required
Employment status
If you are successful in joining us you will be offered an 18 month fixed term contract to see you through the duration of the programme. Upon completion, and if everyone is in agreement, a permanent employment contract will be offered.
