The Corporate & Investment Banking Division helps institutions and corporates optimize their investment, trading, financing, and operating transactions. Global Institutional Business team is in charge of developing and building relationships with Banks, Asset Managers & Insurers established in the UK.
About the job:
The intern will be supporting Senior Bankers, performing the following tasks:
- Financial analysis of covered clients
- Prepare credit requests in order to present financing opportunities to committees/calculation of deals’ profitability
- Prepare and coordinate pitches for FIG clients on various subjects
- Prepare client notes ahead of meetings to the bankers
- Punctual sector-based analysis and weekly review of sector news
- Interaction with product teams based in UK and Madrid (DCM, Global Markets, Lending, Transaction Banking, etc.)
- Assist senior bankers with intelligence in the normal course of business
- Commercial activity monitoring through Salesforce (Visits, Pipeline, etc.)
