We are looking for an
Intern (m/f/d) People & Transformation (Strategic Communications) for our team at the Frankfurt am Main or Munich locations starting in autumn 2025 for 6 months.
Interested in change and people topics? The People & Transformation team advises and supports large and small companies with well-founded and convincing solutions in the areas of change management, change communication, cultural change, HR, learning & development and leadership.
Your Tasks
- Supporting consultants in strategic consulting and operational support of companies in complex change situations, e.g. merger integrations, carve-outs, transformations and restructurings, including:
- Creation of communication and training materials
- Conducting research and analysis on current trends
- Participating in the planning and coordination of project activities
- Participate in new business processes and internal projects that further develop our team and practice (e.g. in the areas of Data & Digital Transformation, ESG and Compliance Culture).
- Participation in and, if necessary, Design of internal training courses and knowledge-sharing formats
You Bring With You
- Very good performance in a university degree, ideally with a reference to economics or communication science or business psychology
- Internships or initial practical experience in management, change or communication consulting or on the corporate side in the areas of change, communication or HR
- Analytical and conceptual strength; adaptability to work on several projects at the same time; Personal initiative and willingness to show above-average commitment in a dynamic, demanding working environment
- Understanding of business contexts
- Willingness to learn and curiosity, high sense of quality and responsibility
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- High motivation and enjoyment of working in a collegial, performance-oriented team
