The Investment20/20 Programme

We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12-month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an engaging role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Investment Communications Trainee to provide support with projects to help achieve the Investment Communications team core objective of elevating the way in which we communicate with our clients.

You will be involved in:

• Administrative support for client engagement activities (scheduling meetings, preparing agenda, organising logistics)
• Support for improvements/changes of the Henley Investment Sharepoint site as required. 
• Involvement in client communication related projects with Investments, Marketing, Sales and other key stakeholders
• Formatting and compliance of content for clients on behalf of the investment teams

What do we need from you?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A calm, confident approach to verbal communications, and building 1:1 relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• To be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Open minded and enthusiastic
• A proactive attitude to learning

• We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme
• We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK from the start date until at least January 2027
• Please do not apply if you have already completed the Investment20/20 programme at another firm

• Salary: £26,500 per annum
