Who you are
We’re looking for analytical, driven problem-solvers who thrive in a collaborative environment and want to learn how investment strategies work from the inside.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
-
Enjoy analysing numbers, data, and complex information to uncover the bigger picture.
-
Thrive in a team setting, learning from senior professionals.
-
Pick up new concepts, information and processes quickly and look for ways to apply them in real projects.
-
Stay motivated and keep personal and team goals in mind, even under pressure.
-
Keep a calm, positive outlook, even when things don’t go as planned.
What you’ll do
During this internship, you’ll dive straight into the day-to-day world of Alternatives investing.
You will:
-
Support live projects and initiatives, including benchmarking and fundraising, where attention to detail is key.
-
Collaborate with senior colleagues and fund managers, gaining first-hand insight into hedge fund strategies, investment styles, asset classes and financial products.
-
Research and interpret investment opportunities, market trends, and industry insights.
-
Manage your workload and deadlines while contributing to team priorities.
-
Build creative problem-solving skills by tackling challenges in real time.
-
Learn and apply quantitative and cash flow modelling techniques.
What you’ll learn
You’ll start with one week of structured training covering both technical and behavioural skills – giving you the tools to succeed from day one.
From there, you’ll keep building your expertise through hands-on project work, continuous feedback, and collaboration with your team.
It’s a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and an interest in finance will set you apart.
