Technology provides the foundations on which TJX Europe’s success is built. On our IT programme, you’ll discover just how vital technology is to us. But first, we’ll ensure you have a thorough understanding of the role technology plays in our global retail environment.

You’ll collaborate with new colleagues in both Europe, the US and Canada as part of a global team. On both Technical and Analyst Tracks you will start with a 10-week immersive learning programme designed to bridge the gap between university and IT in an agile working environment, preparing you to succeed in your career.
