IT Service Analyst

Location: This role is located at our Newport office and requires on-site attendance at this office location (4 days) due to the nature of the role. You will need to be located near the office base: Government Buildings, Cardiff Road, Newport, South Wales, NP10 8XG.
Salary: £25,954

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Newport team as an IT Service Analyst. You will form part of our small multi-skilled team, who protect live service from disruption and ensure our colleagues have the tools they need to do their jobs.

You'll be personable and happy to offer great customer service to our staff members, communicating effectively to work out what their problems are and how to solve them. You can take ownership of issues and work well in what can sometimes be a fast-paced environment!
