We are seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a junior account executive responsible for content, social media and public relations. You must be a clear thinker with excellent writing skills and an eye for detail.

Our clients include leading brands operating in renewables, clean technologies and the green transition. If you are passionate about working to help leading businesses combat climate change, and you’re eager to learn new skills, this could be the job for you.

As a junior account executive, you will work closely with our account managers and copywriters. You will be part of a small but passionate and knowledgeable team of experts who will help you to develop your knowledge of the industry.

Your role will include creating content, managing social media channels and supporting our clients’ PR activities. To be successful in this role, as well as having excellent writing skills, you will need to be creative, analytical and be able to research new concepts quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write and schedule social posts for a range of clients
• Research and write blogs and articles
• Desk research to inform clients' competitive positioning and messaging
• Monitor and report on social campaigns, suggest ways to improve results
• Grow social followers
• Update press lists
• Set up and issue press releases
• Monitor and compile client PR coverage
• Stay up to date with new marketing channels, techniques and research tools
• Keep track of policy and technology trends across the green transition
• Stay up to date with green transition events
• Compile and send our weekly ‘Cleantech News Roundup’ email

This is a hybrid role working from home and our office

You will need a suitable home working environment with a reliable broadband connection. You will be required to work in our Newbury office at least one day per week.
