
Junior Business Psychologist
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:
-
A BPS-accredited MSc (or equivalent) in Occupational Psychology
-
Registration on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for Occupational Ability (desirable)
-
A keen interest in working with quantitative data (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
-
Contribute to the development of innovative psychometric tools and assessments
-
Deliver client training tailored to business and organisational needs
-
Advise clients on the selection and application of psychometric tools
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships
-
Support with validation and fairness studies
-
Administer psychometric assessments and provide feedback to candidates
Skills and Attributes
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all organisational levels
-
A genuine passion for applying psychology within business environments
-
A collaborative working style and an innovative approach to assessment design
-
Great relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
-
The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work independently
Salary and Benefits

Starting salary of £27,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30

In-person role based in Watford, Hertfordshire

Stage 4: Successful candidates will attend a final interview
